Phoenix aims to provide you with the best possible service so Phoenix Customer Care Limited , a sister company of Phoenix Life Limited, has developed a business relationship with a firm of independent financial advisers called 425 Direct Ltd.
This relationship has been developed as we cannot provide in-house financial advice. For this purpose, Phoenix Customer Care Limited is an introducer appointed representative of 425 Direct Ltd.
425 Direct has its origins in 2001 when a telephone based financial advice team, owned by Chase de Vere Investments Ltd, was first set up. This was subsequently renamed Chase de Vere Financial Services when they became part of the Bank of Ireland Group in 2005 and were merged with the founding firm behind the award winning Moneyextra website.
In 2005 Chase de Vere was acquired by AWD Group plc, owned by one of the largest advisory groups in Europe, and the team became rebranded as AWD Chase de Vere.
Since September 2009 the telephony arm of AWD Chase de Vere has been known as 425 Direct, and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of National Friendly, a specialist healthcare insurer that was formed in 1868.
The eight years of know-how that the 425 Direct team have built up gives them a clear and fair insight into the consumer financial market place and has enabled them to build lasting relationships with key product providers.
425 Direct Ltd is independent, so any information or advice they give will be completely impartial and they are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
